Inter alia, the meeting of the Working Group was held. The Working Group included the members of the conciliative council by the Committee on Science and Education and the conciliative council on informatization, leading Ukrainian experts in the field of intellectual property, the representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Academy of Legal Sciences and a number of scientific research institutes.
The attendants of the meeting discussed the results of the following parliamentary hearings: "Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Ukraine: Issues of Legislative Provision and Legal Application", "National Innovation System of Ukraine: Issues of Formation and Implementation", and the committee hearings "Innovation Activity in Ukraine: Problems and the Ways of their Settlement".
